I called up AAR last week and spoke with a very helpful team member called Katie who got me booked in for a repair. Today I took the car in. Just before I arrived Katie rang to check I was coming. I thought this was really good customer care. I booked the car in and was made fully aware of what the costs would be and the time that would be taken. I would say my expectations were fully managed. A couple of hours later I got a call to say the car was all done. When I picked it up I spoke with the owner. All in all a great experience and I will definitely take my Audi back to AAR when it needs it. Thank you. M

I had an electrical problem and this was correctly diagnosed as rodent damage to cables near the battery. The damaged cables were repaired and the electrics have been restored to good operation.
